With a BSc in International Hospitality Management from EAHM & an Executive Masters in Public Administration from Zayed University— fast-forward 15 years later, Sarah has gained extensive experience across several industries. Companies (to name a few) are Jumeirah Group, Aldar Properties and Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC).
Currently, Sarah is leading the Head Section of the Strategy Department for The Executive Office of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Bassel first discovered his passion for F&B in his 1st year at The Emirates Academy (EAHM). During his 2nd year, he played a key role in the Food Management & Media elective— designing and executing an Urban Peruvian restaurant concept - "ALMA". *Alma is still the first student group to have scored 100% on the F&B course.
Since completing his Internship, Bassel has travelled to Jordan and Egypt; supporting new restaurant startups in hotels to create meticulous and flavorsome menus. Now back in Dubai— he’s super-charged and ready to take his career to the next step!

CHTFocus on the cultivation of international management talents. The college is the representative of Finland’s Haghariya University of Applied Sciences in China, providing high-quality bridge courses for international postgraduates, undergraduate and master’s programs, overseas professional internships, industry training and other programs.
CHT adheres to the school-running characteristics of "international vision, industry focus, and application of knowledge", and has a team of teachers at home and abroad with rich teaching and practical experience, including 3 doctors and 8 masters. In the talent training program, we implement English teaching and use the combination of practice and knowledge to create international management talents required by the industry.
